We specialise in vintage and pre-loved items. All items are sold as-is and are not brand new unless explicitly stated.

Product Condition & Vintage Nature

All items sold are pre-loved, second-hand, or vintage, and may show signs of previous wear consistent with age and use.

  • Minor imperfections, natural wear, fabric variations, and ageing are to be expected and form part of the character of vintage garments and accessories.
  • Each item is carefully inspected prior to listing.
  • Any significant wear, damage, or notable flaws will always be disclosed in the product description.
  • Minor wear that does not affect wearability or functionality may not be individually listed.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the inherent nature of pre-loved and vintage goods.

Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We take care to describe all items as accurately and honestly as possible.

  • Measurements, materials, era, and condition are provided as guidance and may be approximate.
  • Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
  • Vintage sizing often differs from modern sizing standards.

If you require further clarification about an item, please contact us prior to purchasing.

Sizing Information

Due to the nature of vintage and pre-loved garments, sizing may vary significantly.

  • Not all items will have full measurements listed.
  • If you have any sizing questions that are not included in the product description, please contact us via Instagram prior to placing your order.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm sizing suitability before purchasing.

Many items are sourced from around the world and may not have original tags or labelled sizes. In these cases, we provide the most accurate fit assessment based on our experience, garment construction, and fabric stretch.

Where stated, an item may be listed as fitting multiple sizes. This may be due to features such as elastic or adjustable waistbands, relaxed silhouettes, or the flexible nature of the garment.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues.

No Returns & No Exchanges

All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or personal preference.
  • Refunds are not offered.

This policy is in place due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of vintage items.

Items Not as Described

In the unlikely event that an item is deemed to be significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

  • If approved, a store credit will be issued at our discretion.
  • Store credits are valid for 12 months (one year) from the date of issue.
  • Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Refunds will not be provided.

Items showing normal vintage wear, or wear clearly disclosed in the product description, do not qualify as “not as described.”

Authentication & Brand Disclaimer

Unless explicitly stated, items are not authenticated by the brand.

  • Brand names are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes.
  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brands sold on this website.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Full payment is required at checkout before orders are processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
  • We are not liable for parcels lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper wear, washing, or care after purchase.
