At Preluvd, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible. All items are hand-picked and quality-checked before dispatch.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • During busy periods, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Within Australia

  • We currently ship Australia-wide only.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to Australia Post or courier delays.

Tracking & Delivery

  • All orders are sent with tracking where available.

  • Once your order has been shipped, Preluvd is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damage caused by the courier. If you experience an issue, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Preluvd is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Sustainable Packaging

In line with our commitment to sustainability, your order may arrive in reused or recyclable packaging wherever possible
